Unless The Lord Builds The House

“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.” – Ephesians 5:15-17 NIV
Father, I lift up my dear friend.  They may have a plan for the day, but unless their plans are in keeping with Your design, said plans are foolish (Ps 127:1) at best and deadly at worst.  Unless You establish their plans, their labor is in vain.  Lord, direct their steps.  Remove from their agenda anything that is outside of Your perfect will.  Give them Your perspective of any disagreements, disappointments, hurts or fears in this day, that they might have eyes to see the heavenly side of the coin.

On today’s journey, teach them to not be so rigid in their thinking and agenda that they miss a divine appointment, or in their haste, overlook a refreshing vista that You have planned along the way.  Teach them to view interruptions as doorways to potential miracles, that they will welcome Your detours as opportunities instead of annoyances.

Give them a teachable spirit, a deep and abiding love for You and a genuine heart for Heaven, that they will persevere, be welcomed into Your kingdom and come to enjoy Your promised blessings (Heb 10:36).  Give them the courage and meekness to commit their plans to You (Pro 16:3).  Strengthen them in their weariness (Is 40:29) to be able to endure their challenges to the very end, with their faith, attitude (Phil 2:14) and witness intact.  Comfort them in their suffering, Lord.  Then restore them and make them strong, firm and steadfast.  And establish Your plans, in and through them, for Your eternal glory.  In Jesus Name ❤️

Dear friend, do you have plans in place, but find yourself repeatedly hitting brick walls?  Some roadblocks are from the enemy and are designed to throw you off track and paralyze you with discouragement.  Other roadblocks are set by the Father to protect you from dangers you cannot see. Why not submit your plans to the Lord for His approval and see which doors open?💡

If you have been encouraged or challenged, please repost and further His kingdom!
