IN A NUTSHELL:  Ten Keys For Ultimate Blessing

‭‭ “After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.

The Lord blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the former part.”
‭‭Job‬ ‭42:10, 12‬ ‭NIV‬‬

I suspect a lot of us have been feeling like Job recently. Whether due to illness, financial loss, false accusation or the death of loved ones, we all go through seasons of pain and difficulty.

Job’s original blessings were all stripped away.  The remarkable part of the story was not devastating his loss, but rather, his phenomenal comeback. In the end, his choices led to his having double the blessings he started with.

Do you want to rebound like Job?  Let’s take a peek at his journal:

Job’s 10 Keys To Blessing:

1. Choose to worship God in the face of pain, fear, grief, betrayal and loss.  Honor the Lord with your last breath.  Worship whether you feel like it or not.  Be grateful.
2. Do not indulge in self-pity, whining or complaining.  Good and bad happen to us all.  Don't think you know better than God.  He is the one who flung the stars into space.  He knows the number of sands in the oceans and the number of your days.  Strive to be on the same page as Him as opposed to asking for the other way around.
3. Allow pressure to encourage you to grow and push your roots deep into the Word of God.
4. Don't allow a root of bitterness to develop.  Remove it quickly.
5. Enjoy each day to its fullest.
6. Take care of your side of the equation in your relationships.  Ask for forgiveness and forgive quickly, even when forgiveness is not requested.
7. Pray blessing over those who offend you.
8. Be humble before both God and man.
9. Remember there is life beyond this world.
10. Trust God completely.

Father, thank You for the opportunity to multiply our blessings.  When we feel like Job, help us to respond to trouble like he did and receive the blessing of Your reward.  In Jesus’ Name ❤️

Good morning, my friend!  Good morning, Father! “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” - Deuteronomy 31:6 Lord, we don’t have to be the only one in a room to feel alone.  We can be in a coliseum full of people and still feel lonely.  We feel alone in our skin.  You encourage us to not forsake meeting together as a church (Hebrews 10:25), but it is the internal companionship that keeps us from feeling loneliness in that packed coliseum.
